The John Paul Center of Interreligious Dialogue, created through a partnership between the Russell Berrie Foundation of New Jersey. Institute of International Education (New York — Budapest) and the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum), aims to build bridges between Catholic, Jewish and other religious traditions by providing the next generation of religious leaders with the opportunity to comprehensively study interfaith issues at the Angelicum.
The Center fosters religious understanding and pluralism. Its key initiatives comprise the Annual Lecture event at the Angelicum with high-profile speakers in interreligious dialogue, a number of interreligious course and other events by visiting professors, and the Fellowship program which supports students of interreligious study and research at the Angelicum.
